Masculinity/Femininity: Male, female, gender non-binary, gender non-conforming, gender-nonspecific; all humans are affected by these powerful opposing energies that exist within them. Together, we can explore how the Sacred Masculine and Feminine present themselves within you while you work towards achieving a union between them.

Spirituality: My approach to therapy is ultimately a spiritual one. With the framework necessary to grasp the spiritual qualities of your human experience, we can explore anything from existential crisis, to religious, to the energetic.

Sexuality: One’s sexuality can often be shrouded by confusion, fear, shame, guilt, etc. Through deep inquiry, we will safety work towards strengthening your connection to the vital energy source that is your sexuality.

Polyamory: As a poly-identified clinician, I am honored to be able to serve this community. Whether you are poly-curious or a 30-year poly-pro, I am happy to help you navigate the everyday challenges that we face when practicing this alternative relationship style.
